We offer two types of products, each with its own return and refund rules. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.


Offbeat Couture Standard Items

These are stocked items from our curated collections.

Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Packaging: Return in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Free returns

  • Labels: We provide FREE UPS prepaid return labels for eligible returns shipped within the 48 continental states.
  • Process: Once approved, you’ll receive the label by email. Print it, attach it to any box/package, and return the item.
  • Timing: You have 30 days to send the item back after receiving the label.
  • Inspection: Refunds are processed after your return is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards: Not eligible for return.
  • Perishables: Items like food, flowers, and similar goods.
  • Intimate/sanitary goods: Including underwear and swimsuits.
  • Custom/personalized: Made specifically for you.
  • Clearance/final sale: Marked-down final sale items.

Refunds

  • Approval: We’ll notify you once the return is inspected and approved.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days; banks may take 7–10 days to post.
  • Final sale: Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return or Report Issue / Support

  • Contact us: Reach out via the Contact page with your order number and photos (for defects).
  • Follow instructions: We’ll provide approval and next steps, including a prepaid UPS label when eligible.

Printed Fresh On‑Demand Items

These items are produced only after you place an order, made specifically for you. Because each piece is custom‑made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choices, or change‑of‑mind requests.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

  • Defects only: Replacements or refunds are available only if an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Timeframe: Report any issue within 30 days of delivery.
  • Verification required: Please provide clear photos showing the defect.
  • No return shipping: You do not need to send defective items back to receive a replacement or refund.

How to Report an Issue

  • Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect.
  • Include a brief description of the problem and the date you received the item.
  • We will review your submission and respond with the next steps.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, at our discretion, as store credit.
  • Processing: Once approved, refunds or replacement orders will be processed promptly; processing times may vary by payment provider.
